Products designated as Research Use Only (RUO) by Ascend Nutrition are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing, and controlled in vitro research applications.

RUO products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, veterinary administration, or therapeutic applications.

These products are supplied as research materials and are not represented as medicines, dietary supplements, or products intended for personal use.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must provide accurate information when creating a research account.

Ascend Nutrition may require purchasers to provide their full legal name, business or organization name, industry classification, intended research category, and research purpose.

Orders may be reviewed, declined, or canceled if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with permitted research applications.

3. Permitted Research Applications

RUO products are intended for legitimate scientific and laboratory activities, including analytical characterization, method development, biochemical research, and controlled in vitro experimentation.

Product specifications, labeling, and available Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided to support research identification and analytical review.

Customers are responsible for evaluating the suitability of research materials for their intended laboratory applications.

Documentation does not constitute approval for human or animal use.

6. Handling and Storage

RUO materials should be handled only by individuals with appropriate laboratory knowledge, equipment, and safety procedures.

Purchasers are responsible for proper storage, handling, containment, disposal, and compliance with applicable laboratory safety requirements.

7. Research Account Verification

Ascend Nutrition requires purchasers to establish a research account before completing checkout.

During registration, purchasers must certify that they are at least 21 years old, acknowledge the research-only restrictions, and accept the Terms and Conditions, Research Use Only Policy, and Privacy Policy.

New accounts are required to complete email verification before checkout access is granted.

Ascend Nutrition reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification concerning a purchaser’s intended research application.

8. Order Review and Restrictions
